Dr. Hallow Talabani is a visionary Iraqi entrepreneur and business leader with over 25 years of experience in international trade, logistics, construction, and strategic investments.
As the Chairman and Founder of DSH Holding, he has built a diversified group of companies operating across key sectors including e-commerce, hospitality, defense, infrastructure, and postal services.
A firm believer in innovation, nation-building, and public-private partnerships, Dr. Talabani has been instrumental in pioneering transformative projects such as Eagle Post, the Kurdistan Region's official postal network, and Galina Express, Iraq’s first full-service cross-border e-commerce and logistics platform.
His leadership has expanded DSH Holding’s presence across Iraq, Turkey, the UK, and the UAE, with a focus on empowering local economies, enabling digital transformation, and connecting international markets with the Middle East. Dr. Talabani continues to advocate for sustainable growth, private sector development, and economic integration in Iraq and the wider region.
